What happens after I pay?
Single Class: Stripe emails your receipt, and we set up your class and email your login within 24 hours. Parent plan: your child's account switches to the paid plan automatically. To cancel either, email contact@revisewell.net.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid school tier starts with a free 30-day department pilot (up to 80 students), no card required. Cancel during the pilot and nothing is invoiced.
How is the student count counted?
By the cohort licensed at purchase, typically a year group, a department, or the school. Students who graduate out drop off the licence; new students entering that cohort are included.
Why not per-subject pricing?
Per-subject billing put a HoD in the awkward position of justifying one subject while another HoD pitched the same thing. Per-cohort pricing matches how schools actually budget and lets every teacher use it.
What about student data?
We never send student names, emails or IDs to the AI marker — answers are marked pseudonymously. Full details of where your data is stored and processed, our list of sub-processors, and our DPA are available on request.
